NEET PG 2025: Now NEET PG exam will be conducted in a single shift. The Supreme Court has made an important decision today.
The Supreme Court has given an important decision for lakhs of medical students preparing for NEET PG 2025. The court has clearly said that now the NEET PG 2025 exam will be conducted in only one shift. This decision has been taken with the aim of transparency of the examination and giving equal opportunity to all the students.
For the last few years, it has been seen that big examinations like NEET PG have been conducted in two different shifts. However, the Supreme Court questioned this system and said that the level of difficulty of questions in the examination conducted in two shifts may be different, which may benefit some students and harm some.
The court said that the difficulty level of any two question papers cannot be considered completely equal. This situation gives rise to inequality and arbitrariness. In such a situation, it is necessary to conduct the examination in a single shift to do justice to all the students.
Relief for medical students
This decision has brought relief to medical students, as now they will not have to worry about difficult or easy papers of any other shift. All candidates will take the exam at the same time with the same questions, which will maintain fairness and transparency of the results.
