What are the eligibility criteria?
Different qualifications are required for each post. Candidates must have a PhD degree in the relevant field. Along with this, it is necessary to have a B.Tech / BE / BS or Integrated UG / PG degree in Engineering with at least 60 percent marks. However, candidates with research experience from a recognized institute will be given preference.
What is the selection process?
Candidates will be initially shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience. After this, they will have to give a presentation and attend the interview. They will be finally selected based on these evaluations.

On applying, a unique number will be generated, after which the fee can be paid.
Now download the form, take its printout.
After that send the complete application form to the address 'Director, NIT Patna, Ashok Rajpath, Patna, 800005' by April 30.
How much salary will be given?
Assistant Professor Grade-2: Rs 70 thousand per month
Assistant Professor Grade-1: Rs 1,01,500 per month
Associate Professor: Rs 1,39,600 per month
Professor: Rs 1,59,100 per month
