WWE Raw April 14 preview: Is John Cena slated to appear?

WWE Raw April 14 preview: The latest episode of WWE Raw, which is set to emanate live from Las Vegas tonight, promises to be a special and action-packed affair. This is the last installment of the red brand before WrestleMania 41, slated to take place this weekend. The likes of AJ Styles, Karrion Kross, and Roman Reigns will be in the house. However, John Cena is not advertised for this week’s edition of Raw. This means he isn’t slated to appear on the latest installment of  WWE’s flagship programme. 

John Cena has not been advertised for Raw this week

John Cena has not been seen on WWE television since the March 31 episode of Raw, which was part of the company’s Europe tour. He is set to skip the latest episode of the red brand as well. However, one can expect him to dominate the narrative despite his absence. The promotion is likely to air at least a video package or two, highlighting his bitter feud with Cody Rhodes. 

The Cenation Leader, who turned heel at Elimination Chamber 2025 on The Rock’s instructions, is set to challenge ‘QB1’ for his Undisputed Championship at WrestleMania 41. This will be the veteran wrestler-turned-actor’s last appearance at ‘The Show of Shows’ as he is set to retire at the end of the year. 

How will Roman Reigns react to Paul Heyman’s betrayal?

This week’s episode’s of Raw will also mark Roman Reigns’ first appearance on WWE TV since the April 4 episode of SmackDown where Paul Heyman– his wiseman–betrayed him for CM Punk. The seasoned manager will be in his friend’s corner when he takes on ‘OTC’ and Seth Rollins in a Triple Threat match  at WrestleMania 41. Interestingly, Heyman also owes ‘The Visionary’ a favour for not assaulting him on last week’s Raw. It remains to be seen how Reigns reacts to this unique situation tonight. 

Additionally, AJ Styles will be taking on Karrion Kross on this week’s Raw. The Phenomenol One is expected to win this and keep the momentum goingahead of his match against Logan Paul and WrestleMania.
