The teaser for War 2 may have received mixed reactions on social media, but users are still excited to see the fierce onscreen battle between Hrithik Roshan and Jr. NTR.
The grand offerAs per credible trade insiders, several top distributors—including Mythri Movie Makers, Sri Venkateshwara Creations, Sithara Entertainment, and Asian Cinema—have extended lucrative Minimum Guarantee (MG) deals, also known as Non-Refundable Advances (NRAs), to YRF. These offers are reportedly pouring in from both established banners and independent players eager to associate with the project, signalling strong pre-release confidence in the film’s commercial potential.
A source close to the trade told Pinkvilla, “The bids for War 2 are in the range of Rs 90 crore to Rs 110 crore, making it a film in demand. RF is currently evaluating multiple aggressive Non-Refundable Advance (NRA) bids, and leading from the front at the moment is Asian Cinemas, who has made a staggering offer of Rs 100 crore for Telugu states for the Hindi and Telugu dubbed version.”

The source further revealed that Sithara Entertainment is close behind, having placed a bid in the ballpark of ₹80 crore. This figure marks an unprecedented milestone, making it the highest-ever offer for a dubbed film in the Telugu market, surpassing even the monumental benchmark set by KGF 2, which had earned a share of ₹80 crore in the region.
The source concluded by saying, “The demand for War 2 isn’t just restricted to Telugu states, as industry heavy weights like KVN Productions and Hombale Films are expressing strong interest to release the film in Karnataka. The film is tremendous buzz across the south market owing to the presence of Jr. NTR, aided with popularity of Hrithik Roshan. The combination has sparked interest, higher than ever before.”
