This incident happened when Kohli was talking to the players and coaches of Rajasthan Royals after the match. Suddenly a fan ran towards Kohli due to which the former Indian captain had to quickly move out of the way so that he could avoid the enthusiastic supporter. Security personnel immediately ran to the field and caught the person. This incident has started a debate on the balance between the curiosity of the fans and the security of the players.

When the person who came to watch the match reached the field, apart from Virat Kohli, former Team India coach Rahul Dravid, who is associated with the Rajasthan Royals team, was standing there. Apart from this, former batting coach of the Indian team Vikram Rathore was also present there.
