These special tricks were recently shared by cardiologist Sanjay Bhojraj. In a video shared on his Instagram handle, the doctor explains that if you experience frequent fatigue or constant lethargy, it's not due to a lack of caffeine. Apart from this, you are not providing your body with the nutrients it needs to function properly. So, if you truly want to get rid of lethargy and fatigue, do just two simple things every day.
Number 1 - Get some sun as soon as you wake up
Cardiologists say that within an hour of waking up, spend 10–15 minutes in the morning sun. This helps regulate the body's circadian rhythm, or body clock, and balances cortisol levels. This hormone keeps us energetic throughout the day. Sunlight signals the body that it's time to be active. This keeps the mind focused throughout the day and promotes good sleep at night.

Number 2 - Stay away from junk food and processed foods
To stay energetic throughout the day, doctors recommend completely avoiding junk food and processed foods. They say that highly processed packaged foods cause blood sugar to rise quickly and then fall rapidly. This fluctuation saps the body's energy. Therefore, try to eat only balanced, home-cooked meals throughout the day. You can include fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and protein in your diet. These provide lasting energy.
By focusing on just two things, you can keep yourself energized throughout the day.
