Pakistani actress Hania Aamir has reacted to the devastating terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, on Tuesday (April 22, 2025), which claimed the lives of at least 26 people—mostly tourists, including two foreign nationals. She urged to choose humanity, stating that no matter where people come from, grief speaks the same language.
On Wednesday, Hania Aamir took to her Instagram story to condemn the terror attack. She wrote, "Tragedy anywhere is a tragedy for all of us. My heart is with the innocent lives affected by the recent events. In pain, in grief, and in hope-we are one."
"When innocent lives are lost, the pain is not theirs alone-it belongs to all of us. No matter where we come from, grief speaks the same language. May we choose humanity, always," added the actress

On Tuesday, a group of terrorists opened fire on tourists at the Baisaran mountaintop in Pahalgam around 2:30 pm. The attack resulted in the deaths of at least 26 people, including two foreign nationals.
Meanwhile, a day after the Pahalgam terror attack, an encounter broke out between terrorists and security forces in the Tangmarg area of Kulgam, South Kashmir, on Wednesday.
Many big names from the Hindi film industry, such as Shah Rukh Khan, Alia Bhatt, Anushka Sharma, Akshay Kumar, Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ishaan Khatter, Kareena Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Sidharth Malhotra, Sanjay Dutt, Raveena Tandon, among others, shared their anger over the Pahalgam attack through social media.

Hania is set to star opposite Bilal Abbas Khan in an upcoming Pakistani drama for ARY Digital. Directed by Musaddiq Malek, the storyline remains under wraps.
She is also making her Punjabi film debut in Sardaar Ji 3, starring alongside Diljit Dosanjh and Neeru Bajwa.
