Aligarh(UP): Security arrangements at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) have been intensified after receiving a Union Education Ministry warning of a possible terrorist threat, a senior official said on Wednesday.
"We have stepped up checking procedures at entry points," AMU Proctor Mohammad Waseem Ali told PTI.
He added that all possible security measures "within the limitations of the available resources" would be implemented shortly.
