Emma Morgan, a beautician and mum of five who shot to fame on Big Brother last year, has shown off her amazing before and after weight loss pictures after losing over a stone – and revealed the bad habit she ditched to make it happen.

The 54-year-old used to drink six cans of coke a day. Joined by low energy and motivation thanks to being menopausal and having a busy schedule, she found it tricky to lose the weight she wanted to, especially since she found fad diets "soul destroying".

But after swapping the fizzy drink for water and teaming up with an online habits coach, she started to slim down and feel more confident. Now, she's finally confident enough to slip into a bikini again.
