It's no secret that bills and every day expenses likefood and drink can burn a hole in our pockets, and many of us try to avoid expensive treats where we can. But it can be hard with all the treats on offer at M&S – from its viral cookies, to Christmas offerings and posh ready meals.
Thankfully though, there's a way to enjoy delicious M&S sweet treats without forking out a fortune. One bargain hunter recently enjoyed a Too Good to Go bag from M&S - and has shared her verdict.
Too Good To Go bags have become popular in recent years. The only catch? Customers aren't told what items they will receive inside the bundles. It really is a game of chance.
Becky, best known online as Beckys Bazaar, loves finding the best bargains and thrift stores in the UK. She visited an M&S at Cheshire Oaks in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, and paid £5 for a surprise bag.

She picked up the bag from the M&S sushi bar - which is typically expensive. She got a Chicken Katsu California roll, which is normally priced at £5. And another item completely stunned her when she opened the bag - she received a huge box of different sushi pieces. It's called the Fire Combo which includes 18 pieces. It usually costs £9.50. Instead of paying £14.50, Becky only had to spend a fiver.
She said the sushi tasted "unreal". After asking her followers, on Instagram and TikTok, if they think the surprise bag is worth it, people rushed to comment.
"I love sushi, so worth it," commented one. One other said: "It's definitely worth it. The last one was a big box."
One other insisted: "Well worth the fiver!". "Yes, looks delicious," commented another.
"I'd very happy with that," agreed another sushi fan. "Yes, I'd pay £5," commented one other.
So it seems that the M&S sushi surprise bag from Too Good To Go is a hit!
Becky also recently tried a Too Good To Go bag from a supermarket. She and her partner picked up a £3.30 bag from Aldi.
They were chuffed to get their hands on five yogurts, a packet of prawns, beef mince, bags of rocket and spinach, sweet and crunchy salad, a chocolate apple, one bag of apples, an immune support yogurt drink and steak pie.
Meanwhile another shopper decided to treat herself to a Too Good To Go bag from Pizza Express - and she was left with way more than she anticipated. She paid just £5.
