The Famileigh have made a major announcement about their latest venture, but not everyone is happy. The trio, made up of 'Dad' and his two 'Sons', have garnered a huge social media following with their skits and dance videos, which they share across various platforms.
The family of content creators boast a staggering one million followers on , nearly 900k subscribers on and 2.3million followers on . And it appears they aren't planning on stopping any time soon. Taking to their social media channels last week, they shared news of their next project, and true to form, they did it in the form of a sketch.
"Thanks for the tea, mum," Dad asks. "So how is it all going?"

To this, one of the Sons responds: "It's going great! We filmed loads of dances, loads of skits, and the last videos got millions of views."
Mum can then be heard saying off-camera: "Hmm, that's alright, but couldn't you do more?" "More? Hang on, we're already doing loads," another Son responded. "How could we possibly do more?
Dad then responds: "It's not as easy as that, mum. What would you suggest?"
"Oh, what about a podcast?" She responds. To this, all three men look around at each other, seemingly horrified, before bursting out laughing.
After taking a simultaneous sip from their mugs, they can then be seen thinking over the idea. "OUR NEXT PROJECT IS… @likefatherlikesonspod," the caption revealed.
However, not everyone seems thrilled by the prospect.
"I legit can't think of anything worse," one said. "Please don’t," another added.
Meanwhile a third chimed in: "Podcast license is needed asap everyone and there dog has a podcast now."
However, not everyone was so scathing following the announcement.
"Don’t get why people have such an issue with these. If you don’t like then don’t watch." "YEEEEEESSSSSSSSSS. Buzzed for this one," agreed another.
"Yes Yes Yes at last," said a different fan. "Don’t really get why they get so much hate," someone else agreed.
Not much is known so far about the podcast yet, but its TikTok page had garnered 350 followers at the time of writing despite having made no posts.
One of the 'sons', Harrison Leigh, previously spoke out about the hate the family receive online.
"If people are commenting, and then other people look at the comments, it kind of fuels it.
"If there's hate comments, people almost then jump on the bandwagon. It's quite phenomenal, really, when you think about it."
He added: "What's the point in having them people looking at your content, and they don't even like you?"
Harrison added that most of the people sending his family hate "have got no profile pictures" or "videos" on their page.
"So if they're giving you hate, or criticism, you need to take it with a pinch of salt, because they're just not on your wavelength," he said.
"If they're not creating content themselves, I'm not going to lie. Their opinion is pretty invalid."
