A missing teenage couple are now thought to be wild camping after they were spotted by local police.
Isobel and Daniel, both 16, are believed to have taken their camping gear before from their homes. The pair have now been spotted by local police on the Welsh coastline. The teenagers from , were seen approximately 40 miles from the nearby Aberystwyth train station at 12:30pm on April 11. The said they were seen on Alexandra Road and believed the pair took the T1 bus at 12.36pm.
Previous to this bus ride, they were seen at Llandudno train station On Thursday at 8:20 PM, where they asked for directions to Dolgellau. The families of Isobel and Daniel last saw the teens on Monday April 7 and are determined to find them. The pair have been reportedly spotted around the, which is more than 100 miles away - as well as in Llandudno, the North coast.

Dyfed Powys Police pressed the public for any information, asking: "Have you seen Isobel and Daniel, both aged 16, reported missing from their home Cardigan area? Isobel and Daniel were last seen together in the Machynlleth area on Monday 7 April." The force added that their queries are what confirmed their previous sightings and provided a rough estimate to their intended location - Dolgellau.
Isobel has been described as blonde and 5 ft 3 inches, however the public have been informed of the chance she may have dyed her hair darker since she went missing. She was last seen in a black parker-like coat with a fur trim, grey jogging bottoms and a large black backpack. Her companion Daniel is 6 ft 1 inches, has dark brown hair that is cut short and shaved at the sides, and was last seen in dark blue jeans, a black t-shirt, and a black collared coat. Daniel is also carrying a large camping backpack, although it is black, red and grey.
Police say the missing teens may have a "change of clothes with them and may now be wearing something different". They went on to say: "It is believed that they have taken camping equipment with them and have connections to the , Merseyside and North Wales areas".
DI Rebecca Thomas said: "Their families are increasingly concerned for their safety and welfare and eagerly await their safe return home". She added: "We know that they purchased camping equipment but they have left their homes without any communication and their family and friends are becoming increasingly concerned as they have had no contact with Isobel and Daniel for almost a week".
Confirmed to not have mobile phones with them, DI Thomas asked for anyone "who has seen them to get in touch". She concluded with a special appeal to the pair, asking them "get in touch with the police or family so we can ensure that they are safe".
Isobel's aunt Laura Wilkins-Whitehead shared an update, which read: "[Isobel is] Still missing, please share if you have connections in Machynlleth, Gloucestershire or Merseyside. Help bring my niece home, we are all worried sick".
A Welsh charity called SARS Cymru also commented, saying: "We're appealing for information on the whereabouts of Isabelle-Star & her partner Daniel. There are multiple REPORTED sightings of both in Rhydlewis area, Coleford/Lydney/Forest of Dean - this is a very large area to , please help us narrow the search area and bring them home to their parents".
