Clara Amfo found herself in a bit of a pickle during the latest episode of The One Show, after a couple of on-air blunders.
The BBC presenter was co-hosting with Alex Jones, who had her own share of mishaps this week, as they introduced the evening's guests.
Friday's show saw Romesh Ranganathan, Eric McCormack and Olivia Dean gracing the green sofa.

Clara couldn't resist taking a playful dig at one of them.
Alex announced: "Joining us on the sofa tonight are three brilliant guest,s including the very funny Romesh Ranganathan."
As he greeted the camera with a smile, Clara quipped: "Debatable."
His grin quickly faded as he retorted: "You said you weren't going to say that!" Amidst the ensuing laughter, Alex confirmed that the two were mates.
She reassured: "It's ok, they're friends!" Clara added: "It was too tempting, he's very funny."
As the BBC host revealed it was a dare, Romesh feigned offence, exclaiming: "Can't believe it. Don't bother, it's too late. too late."

But Clara's night of slip-ups didn't end there, as she also fluffed one of their names, reports Wales Online.
Addressing Eric McCormack, she stumbled: "Now, Erica- Eric!" Seizing the chance to return the favour, Romesh ribbed the BBC star.
He shot back: "See what I mean?! She destroys everybody that comes on this show! It's absolutely unacceptable.
"I'm glad we've finally see it happen now. it's a joke! You've been like this from day one Clara."
Despite the banter, the studio was filled with laughter as she retorted: "I've changed Romesh! What can I say?"
As the show concluded, Romesh couldn't resist another playful jab, stating: "I've not enjoyed the interview because you've been so rude to me."
The One Show is available to watch on BBC iPlayer.
