
has spoken about the "boundaries" she has put in place to protect her mental health over the last few years. Since marrying into the in 2018, Meghan, 43, has been subject to plenty of criticism, both during her time as a working royal and after. Since stepping back from royal life with her husband Prince Harry in 2020, the duchess has openly spoken about the criticism she has received, with Harry, 40, always being quick to defend his wife.
During her talk at earlier this week, Meghan addressed how she manages her mental health in the public eye by putting boundaries in place. She also said that she tends not to look at much online and instead is told stuff on a "need to know basis".
Speaking on stage at the event, Meghan said: "I make a very conscious effort to create boundaries for myself and my mental health and my wellbeing."
This seems to be working for the duchess as later on in the talk, Meghan at this moment in time.
She revealed: "To have a partner and a husband who is so supportive and have healthy kids who are so joyful ... I never would have imagined at this point I would feel so happy and grateful, and I really do."
A clip of the duchess talking about protecting her mental health has been shared online, with plenty of royal fans rushing to praise Meghan.
