Meghan Markle has been accused of trying to overshadow Prince William yesterday when her return to acting was announced. The news that The Duchess of Sussex, 44, has been seen filming the movie Close Personal Friends in Pasadena, LA, where she will play herself came as Prince William was at The Earthshot Prize awards.
Royal fans now think the acting news was intentionally planned at the same time at William's massive Brazil moment to overshadow the future King. One fan wrote on X: "Couldn't this wait until Wills has left Rio."
Another said: "And she announces it conveniently whilst William is at Earth Shot."
