As the musician enjoyed his Nashville hot chicken, his nutritionist gave the dish a healthy twist, He skipped the oil and batter, and instead used potato and rice flour. The dish was made in an air fryer. Also, the French fries on the side were brushed with bone broth - protein points for that!
Being active
Jelly Roll is really a man with a plan. He didn't exhaust his body with ridiculous intensive weight loss exercises. Instead, he picked what's achievable, and also is good in the long run. Jelly Roll decided to stay active. This included walking and running. “I’ve been really kicking a**, man. I’m doing two to three miles a day, four to six days a week," he earlier revealed.
Clean diet
"I’m eating healthy right now,” the musician earlier said. The 'Need a Favor' singer did his body a favor, by giving it what it requires, rather than giving up to his cravings. Jelly Roll eats two meals a day and one snack. It's as simple as that. His meals are protein-rich and healthy. He starts his day with a healthy breakfast bowl. This bowl has hash browns, Wagyu beef tallow chicken sausage, bell peppers, bone broth, and air-fried potatoes. For snack, he eats his favourite peanut butter dough cookie with sliced bananas. The second and last meal is dairy-free poutine. It has cashew cheese curds, chicken thighs in bone broth, homemade French fries, and a gravy made of caramelized peppers in the broth, with chicken sausage and rice flour.
