US President Donald Trump on Sunday silenced a swirl of speculation about his health, saying that he has "never felt better" after a relatively quiet weekend.
People on social media had come up with several weird theories and speculations about Trump 's health, but the US president, in a social media post on his Truth Social platform, said, "NEVER FELT BETTER IN MY LIFE."
"Also, DC IS A CRIME FREE ZONE!" he added.
His statement came at a time when his absence from public events fueled online rumours and morbid theories about his well-being.
After 'never felt better' remark, Trump quickly pivoted to politics, posting a string of posts on his Truth Social platform ranging from 'crime-free DC' to 'Labour Day.'
"DC IS NOW A CRIME FREE ZONE, IN JUST 12 DAYS!!!" the US president claimed in another post.
The Republican leader also posted a photo template with a question, "Are You Better Off Under Trump?"
Interestingly, the US president answered the question himself in the same template, saying, "Yes, under Trump, America is not simply surviving but thriving, leading and winning again."
